Monica R. Khirallah is a criminal defense trial lawyer who practices in San Antonio and the surrounding counties. She started her legal criminal career at the District Attorney’s Office in Denton County. After becoming a misdemeanor chief prosecutor, Monica went on to pursue a career in criminal defense. In ten years of practice, she has tried over 85 cases to a jury and continues to be a passionate advocate for her clients both in and out of the courtroom.
Monica comes from a long line of criminal defense attorneys and is devoted to the practice of criminal defense. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas and her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. Monica resides in her home town of Boerne with her husband David, a partner at Thompson Coe Cousins and Irons. They are the proud parents of four boys, Davey, Daniel(t), Gabriel and Charlie. When Monica is not in the courtroom, you can find her at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton CYO fields or chasing the boys on their family ranch in Boerne.
